Presentation of the products
The products available for sale are described and presented in the most detailed way possible. However, if any variation occurs in relation to the presentation of the product, we bear no responsibility.

Price of the products
The prices are given in euros including all taxes for Greece and abroad. The VAT amount is included in the Product Price. If there is a change in the VAT rate, the change is included in the price of the products without prior notification to the Customer. We reserve the right to change prices at any time but products are priced at the price in effect at the time of order.

Identification
The Customer who has already ordered can choose an access code that will allow him, in subsequent orders, to avoid re-filling the form necessary for the order. The registered customer is recognized by the website as its customer. The customer's password is strictly personal and confidential. It must under no circumstances be shared or disclosed to third parties.

Send
Delivery time is always measured in business days and from the day your order is shipped (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not taken into account when calculating delivery time). The company is not held responsible in the event of an emergency or force majeure that would delay receipt.

Responsibility
For all stages of accessing the website, navigating, filling in forms, ordering, shipping or any other service, the company is only obligated to make an effort. Therefore, the company bears no responsibility for any wear or damage that came from the use of the internet, and which are foreign to its care and attention. In particular, the company bears no responsibility for any interference in the provision of the service, or any malicious external interference or the presence of a virus. Customers are covered by the guarantees given by the manufacturing companies displayed on the website.

All elements of the thinkiteshop.gr website, visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademark or patent laws. They are the exclusive property of thinkiteshop.gr. Any technique that refers to the thinkiteshop.gr website using mainly the technique of framing, deep-linking, in-line linking or any other technique is expressly prohibited in any case.

Gift vouchers and discounts
Gift certificates and coupons are non-refundable, only one gift certificate or coupon can be used per purchase and for products not already on sale. Products purchased with coupons or gift certificates can, however, be exchanged if you are not satisfied.

Returning products due to an order error
Επιστροφές Προϊόντων/Ανταλλακτικών γίνονται δεκτές λόγω λάθους παραγγελίας μέσα σε διάστημα 15 ημερών από την παραλαβή τους. Το προϊόν θα πρέπει να μην έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί. Σε όσα φέρουν ταινία ασφαλείας , θα πρέπει αυτή να είναι άθικτη.Η συσκευασία θα πρέπει να έχει διατηρηθεί σε άριστη κατάσταση.

Otherwise, our company has the right to refuse the return of the product. You should inform our store immediately before any action. Shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.  In case of our own error, all costs are borne exclusively by our company.

Returning products due to damage
 All our items are covered exclusively by the guarantee given by the respective manufacturing plant and which do not bind our company in any way. In any case, our objective is the immediate, correct service and satisfaction of our customer. For this reason, the first priority will be the immediate solution of any problem that occurs.   Proof of purchase and intact packaging is required.   All our items are checked before they are shipped for any damage. In the event that a problem occurs during the warranty period, please contact our store immediately within 2 days.

The procedure is to return the product in its intact packaging and

a) in case the damage is obvious, immediate replacement.  

b) otherwise sending to our supplier, evaluation and immediate reply to you.

The warranty exclusively covers damage due to the product itself only, due to its malfunction, and not damage caused by an external factor, or due to its incorrect installation and assembly, or due to its misuse, or due to use other than that for which it was intended has been manufactured (e.g. racing use without its specifications).  The warranty does not cover cases of damage caused during the transportation of the products. The transfer is the sole responsibility of the buyer and is governed by the conditions of the respective carrier. 

Refund
Refunds are only made if there is no other product to replace.

You allow offsetting of money with other products.
